About us

We are a family who made the leap to move to Portugal. We know firsthand how challenging it can be to integrate into a new community and meet new people.

We missed the feeling of having “a village” around you, especially as new parents. We also understand the struggle of trying to grab a bite to eat with a little one in tow — the limited options, the constant juggle to keep everyone happy.

At Family Hub Café, our vision is to create a space where children can play and explore, while adults unwind and enjoy good food and company — a spot where everyone can dine together stress-free and feel included.

Eat

Our menu features a range of healthy and tasty options. We strive to use organic ingredients and local suppliers where possible. We have options for all members of the family.

Play

Our play area is designed to stimulate imagination and curiosity, with:

• Soft play equipment and climbing structures
• Sensory play areas and imagination stations
• Outdoor play space (weather permitting)
• We aim to host various events and interactive activities for parents and children throughout the year

Connect

We understand that parenting can be isolating, which is why we have created a space where you can meet fellow parents, share experiences, and make new friends.

Our comfortable seating areas and outdoor spaces are perfect for catching up over food and a drink, while keeping a watchful eye on your little ones.
